- This is the perfect nesting box for the wren.
- It will provide a safe place for the wren to rest, nest and shelter from the wet and the cold.
- It is made from 100% FSC certified pinewood.
- The box has a bitumen roof. Hang on a tree or wall at a height between 2 to 3 metres (6-10 feet) in or near trees or shrubs.
- There needs to be an unhindered flight path for the bird.
- Do not place in direct sunlight and ensure that it is angled away from prevailing rain or winds.
- Needs to be placed a minimum of 3 metres away from any feeding houses.
- Empty and clean the box in the autumn using the side flap using a 10% water and bleach solution to kill mites and parasites.
