Small items are delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class with a recorded service - allow 5 working days for delivery within the UK. Items may arrive slightly later near Christmas and after bank holidays. We also offer an expedited next day delivery for a small extra charge.

Larger items and those over £60 are sent via Interlink Express (DPD). DHL or Parcelforce. You will be advised when your item leaves us, and it will usually be delivered the following working day to a UK address. A signature may be required. If your mobile number is provided DPD will contact you by text to confirm the approximate delivery time. You will have the option to change the delivery date, location or offer a safe place where the item can be left. Instructions to do this will be given on the text.

We also deliver most items to countries within Europe. European postage costs can be found on the item, but please contact us if you have a query.
